To start off... Sunday was the big surprise. My mom arrived at my house around 2pm and as I predicted, she punched in the code to my garage and proceeded to come inside. She was then greeted by ~SURPRISE~ her best friend Sherrie! It was such a great moment. I was so glad that the secret didn't leak and we were able to surprise her. Mom was very happy and they hugged for a long time.
So then we all got in the truck and made out way over for Candice's baby shower. I helped finish decor
ating and soon started greeting guests. Only one thing was missing... CANDICE!!! I looked at the time, it was 415. Still no Candice. Mind you, the shower started at 4! Finally at 445 Candice and Derek walked through the door. I swear she will be late to her own funeral. Candice reminds me soooo much of Kristi!! Haha!!

The turn out was great! There were a lot more people then what I had anticipated. Which brings me to another topic that I should probably do a separate blog on. Why don't people RSVP anymore???
Candice got a lot of nice things. Plus we did a diaper/wipes raffle and I swear that they will not need to buy either for the first 6 months! What a GREAT idea.
After the shower Sherrie, Mom, Chi, and me met my sister Kaylie at Buffalo Wild Wings and ate some dinner. Well, Chi slept. I guess all of the estrogen wore on him. All in all it was a wonderful full day.
