Yesterday, Yelena, Diane, and myself went and had lunch at I think what is safe to say our favorite salad place. Well maybe in the top 3. It's called the Strip Sandwich Shop and it's on the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Bonniville. Yes, it's a sandwich shop and yes, they have WONDERFUL sandwiches as well. BUT their chef salads are SOOOOO GOOOOOOD! Diane and I order it with thousand island dressing which we feel just makes the whole salad and Yelena orders it with Ranch, a classic choice. It is served in huge porportions that take a good half a hour to consume.

Mmmm.....salad. I have the perfect Simpsons quote for this occasion, but as no one else is a fan, I'll spare you. Darn good salad though!
